The Story Of Sumo Print Dress

Dear curvies

There is always a story to tell about the dress we have. How its made? Where its made? And where did we get it from?
Today my story is about this magnificent sumo print dress on the cotton fabric which i purchased from Fancy Bajaar(its a very famous market area in guwahati, Assam).
I got it for Rs 150 per meter. I loved the print and i thought i will make a shirt out of it at first.

Later that night when i was admiring this print and going through my patterm making book. I thought why not to make it a shirt dress but with A line silhouette. So as my stitching isnt perfect i asked my tailor to stitch it for me with pocket at both side. Its easy n comfy. The pockets makes it handy too.

Today i am not going to post it by wearing it. Today i am going to just let you people admire the silhouette, cut, the detail and the lovely quirky print. In the next post i will put the pics of how i wore it.

 Happy wednesday 😊
